Educated at Waikato University (graduating in 1996), I entered into self employment in the Insurance and Investment advice business. Having spent a number of years as an Adviser / Director / Owner of a large brokerage in Hamilton I sold up and moved to Auckland in 2005 to gain some institutional experience in the banking sector while being trained as a lender. My intention when leaving the advice business for banking was to find the answers to the questions banks ask and then bring these back to an advice based business.

While working for a number of the main banks during the property boom and then the recession I gained valuable experience in a variety of lending / insurance markets in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Whakatane, Taupo, Rotorua and all points in between. During this time I developed a keen understand of risk / lending principles / credit policy and how these apply to individuals, couples, Companies or Trusts. 

Through my professional and personal interests I have developed a solid understanding of the local property / finance market and those involved. I am keen to share this knowledge with my customers to add value to their experience. From the first home buyer wanting to know how it all works through to the seasoned property owner or investor needing fast effective service – I can help you.
