I began mortgage broking in 2002 when we purchased our Mike Pero franchise. After 22 years in the banking industry, working from Westport to Auckland, I built up a wealth of skills and experience dealing with customers.

Mortgage lending became my preferred area of expertise and when an opportunity to purchase a Mike Pero franchise occurred; we, my wife – Jackie, our son – Ethan and I, made the decision to move from my home-town, Wellington to Christchurch.

I feel my role in dealing with my clients could be likened to that of a project manager; using my contacts with various lenders, valuers and solicitors, I am able to ensure a simple, stress free process, together with the best available combination of fees, interest rate and mortgage facility to suit my clients.

I love my position of helping people into the house or venture of their dreams and I am happy to meet with clients at any mutually convenient time and place.
