May 2007 I took on a new challenge and became a Mortgage Adviser before purchasing the Mike Pero Mortgages Waikato / Coromandel Franchise in 2008.  It’s been an exciting and enjoyable challenge.  I get to help people’s dreams come true by assisting them with their purchases / builds. 

I purchased my first property when I was 21 and a number more since, so I have a sound understanding of the property market.

Prior to undertaking my new role I was involved in the Motorcycle industry in both Sales and Product Management for 5 years.  I pride myself in delivering the highest level of service and the advice, offering many possible solutions from our panel of over 20 lenders.  I have fantastic support staff that assist with a number of aspects of my business.  In 2009 I was nominated as a Finalist for NZMBA Broker of the Year. 

Originally from a Dairy Farming background as 1 of 5 boys growing up on farms throughout the Waikato, I continue to enjoy a number of outdoor activities such as, fishing, hunting, motocross and road racing.
