Thank you for asking me how I can be your Mike Pero Mortgages financial advisor. I’d like to quickly introduce myself and remind you how I can help you achieve your financial goals.

I am a Mike Pero Mortgages franchise owner and full member of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA), and have a very good knowledge of banking and insurance products.

Although I am based in the Wellington office in Lambton Quay, I cover all the greater Wellington area – including Wellington City, Lower & Upper Hutt, Porirua, and the Kapiti Coast. You can meet me in my office, or I can come to your home if that is more convenient for you.

The major qualifications I hold are a Grad.Dip.Bus.Studs. (Finance) and a B.Sc (Psychology). I have completed many other university papers in subjects such as Accounting, Banking Studies, and Business Law. I am also a provisional member of NZICA (NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants), working towards an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.

I pride myself on honesty, integrity, and professionalism which I carry with me when meeting with clients, or meeting with banks, finance, and insurance companies.

My love of meeting people, working with numbers, and interest in the local real estate market means that I am the right person to help you get into a home and find the mortgage that best suits your needs. I can then help you protect your assets by arranging the right insurances for you.
