WHY SHOULD CHARLOTTE BE “YOUR BROKER”

• First home buyers have different requirements to property investors, for both however, a mortgage is a major event. The right structure and lender can make a big difference to the cost and also the experience.
• A close relationship with lenders means my clients get a top level of service, and greater consistency.
• For many clients, I am their first point of contact when entering the market and I remain with them through the years of their mortgages, acting as their “personal banker”, the one constant in an ever changing system.
• Recognising that my clients don’t buy houses between the hours of 9am - 5pm, I am available on mobile if clients have any questions outside of business hours.
