Having worked in Banking for 17 years I moved on from the ANZ Bank in 1999 to establish the first Mike Pero Mortgages Franchise in Hawkes Bay . Since then I have assisted my customers with over 2000 finance transactions, pertaining to first, second, third home buyers, rental investment properties, holiday homes, building projects, renovation loans, top-up’s, re-fixing loans, commercial property and development projects.

I attribute my success to a commitment to do the right thing by the customer, providing them with options and the appropriate solution to meet their finance needs.

Kareen my wife and two daughters Melissa and Alicia have played an integral part in supporting me as I grew the business, their support has been unwavering.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, surfing, running , cycling and relaxing in the privileged lifestyle we have in the Hawkes Bay.
