In May 2007 I decided to take a complete new challenge on in my life and enter Mortgage Broking with Mike Pero Mortgages. What an exciting and enjoyable challenge it has turned out to be.  I get to help people’s dreams come true by assisting them to get into their first home/ investment or build a new home. Whatever my clients are seeking I am helping them to achieve it and I think that is pretty cool.

I’m a property investor myself and my first investment property when I was 21 and realising the benefits, so I have a sound understanding of the property market.  Prior to undertaking my new role I was involved in the Motorcycle industry in both sales and as a Product Manager for 5 years. Whilst the motorcycle industry has it’s obvious differences to the finance industry it helped me with understanding and listening to people’s needs on the sales side and then fighting hard for the right result on the management side.  I never give up and will pursue to the end the best result for my clients.

I pride myself in delivering the highest level of service and the advice offering many possible solutions from our panel of over 20 bank and non-bank lenders.  I have fantastic support staff including Ashleigh the Office Manager and Kelly-Jane the Administration Manager who assist with a number of aspects of my business.

By taking time to listen to you before I make my evaluation, I can recommend the best possible solution to help you achieve your goals which may include making recommendations or providing alternative financing solutions which you may not have considered or had made available to you previously.

Originally from a Dairy Farming background as 1 of 5 boys growing up on farms throughout the Waikato, I continue to enjoy a number of outdoor life activities such as, fishing, hunting, motocross and road racing.
