Palmerston North Man Wins $10,000

Adrian Anderson can’t wipe the smile off his face after winning Mike Pero Mortgages “Win $10,000 towards your mortgage” promotion. 

Adrian organised his home loan through Mike Pero Mortgages, automatically putting him in the draw to win $10,000 towards his mortgage.

The 49 year-old bought his first home in May 2011.  Adrian talked to the local mortgage adviser at Mike Pero Mortgages about his mortgage options.

Adrian then had his funding preapproved through Mike Pero Mortgages, before he purchased his new home. He planned for everything possible – except for winning the promotion!

“This is huge for me.  I’ve never won anything like this in my life,” says Adrian Anderson.

“To have $10,000 to pay onto my mortgage is such a bonus.  It actually means I can buy things for my home a lot sooner than I anticipated.  I can buy furniture, plants for the garden and do a bit of interior decorating.  I can now put my own stamp on my home.”

Adrian says he is looking forward to spending time renovating his home and buying a few bits and pieces for it.
