Bridgette Penny is the new franchise owner of the established Mike Pero Mortgages Gisborne franchise.

Bridgette took over as the owner and mortgage broker for Gisborne and the East Coast two months ago and says she is looking forward to the challenge.
“I’m reasonably well-known in the area as I’ve run a successful events and communications company here,” she says.

“Mike Pero Mortgages has a successful business strategy which is what drew me to the company in the first place. It has also established itself as the number one mortgage
broking company in the country and just to top it all off it has recently added other products and services that will benefit customers. I simply like the way Mike Pero Mortgages does
business.”

Bridgette’s background running her events and communications company has put her in contact with a number of corporate clients. Her experience with this company has given her
the ability to work under pressure and offer the best service she possibly can.

“My strength is listening to clients’ wants and needs. By doing this I can ensure that I deliver exactly what they want. I work for the client, do what’s best for the client and make sure I
leave no stone unturned.”

Bridgette says she has plenty of good ideas for the future of the business but right now she’s concentrating on promoting the new products being offered by Mike Pero Mortgages.
