New Zealand’s Most Trusted Mortgage Broker – Again!

In a recent Colmar Brunton survey* 35% of people surveyed considered Mike Pero Mortgages New Zealand’s most trusted mortgage broker.  (The next closest company achieved just 2%!)

Mike Pero Mortgages was also the most well known broker with unprompted recall of nearly 80% among people who could name a broker. A staggering 94% had heard of Mike Pero Mortgages when prompted.

Those who had considered a mortgage broker were asked why.  The answer included;

  • Getting a good deal
  • Independent advice
  • Saving time and effort
  • Experts/specialists
  • Will show a range of options
  • Less intimidating than banks
