Joining or transferring

Step 1: Download Mike Pero Saver* Investment Statement (PDF 968kb) and select the Fund that best suits your investment requirements. If you need assistance or would like an Investment Statement to be sent to you please contact one of our KiwiSaver Client Managers on 0800 678 900.

Step 2: Complete the Mike Pero Saver Application Form (found on pages 13 – 14 of the Investment Statement (PDF 968kb) along with the Direct Debit Authority Form found on pages 15 - 16, (if needed) and provide a copy of one form of identification from the list below:

• Passport (identification pages)
• New Zealand drivers licence
• Marriage certificate
• Birth certificate
• Firearms licence
• HANZ 18+ card
• Community services card
• Tertiary student photo ID

You do not have to provide any identification if:

• your initial payment is by personal cheque;
• your regular payment is by direct debit from your personal bank account; or
• you are transferring from another KiwiSaver scheme.

Step 3: Mail the original Application Form and any other relevant documentation to:

Step 4: If you are employed, let your employer know.
