Options for property investors

Loan-to-valuation lending restrictions imposed by the reserve bank means that investors now typically require a 40 per cent deposit to buy an investment property. For many investors, pulling such a large deposit together is impossible and means the end of their property investing plans.The good news is that there are other lenders outside of the big banks who can still help you.
